 Spooky Snow?

    Surprisingly, it snowed on Wednesday evening when I was not expecting that. I was just chillin' in my room when I glanced outside, and to my surprise, I saw little snowflakes. And I couldn't have been more surprised. I unfortunately didn't snap a picture of the snow falling because I was just in awe, and it didn't cross my mind. I will use a picture sent to me from football practice instead. After all, how rare it was for the Halloween evening, and it snowing was just surprising to me. 

    I claimed in earlier blogs how happy I am for the winter weather, and I look forward to the snow and ice. I am excited to watch the snowfall and enjoy it. There is no better thing than watching the snow fall and movies under a blanket. I'm probably the only one that thinks this. 

    Going back to Wednesday night, I can say for many students that the snow on the trees and grass makes the campus extremely pretty. There is nothing better than just walking around and looking at the snow falling and snow on the campus. 

    Don't get me wrong, I love the summer weather and vibes. Shorts, t-shirts, and longer days, there are good vibes in the summer, too. And there are some things I love about summer that winter doesn't have and vice versa. The one thing I don't like about winter is the short days. That is the most significant negative to winter because I love the sunlight, and when the sun goes away that early, it is just a vibe killer. But I also am a night owl, so I don't mind it as much sometimes.

    Chase, I agree that the snow makes campus pretty. It is cold, but the snow makes things look nice. Spring is probably my favorite season, as it is getting warmer and summer is approaching.

    Winter here is my favorite time of year, it gets so quiet at night and makes being outside very relaxing. Winter is my favorite season too! The cold and white landscape is an aesthetic I love more than anything.

 Finals Burnout      Wow, this semester has really flown by. It feels like we were writing our first blog post just yesterday, and now we're penning our last. This class has been a rewarding experience overall. Sure, there were stressful moments, but that's part and parcel of any course.  Ohio Northern Week One     This weekend kickoffs college football around the country. This includes your Ohio Northern Polar Bears. These bears are traveling up to Alma to hopefully have an action packed week one. If we take a look back at last year, Alma beat the ONU in extras. The news spiraling around the team it seems like they are liking their chances more this year than last.      Three weeks ago the team arrived to campus to start preseason camp. Having long days and football pretty much all day for about two weeks the team worked toward  sharpen their craft for the season. The biggest questions coming into this season was "what will these team be after last year?" With new offensive coordinator and a couple new coaches to help the polar bears have a better season than last.     I will be traveling with the team to Alma this week as their social media and content director.  Rangers Collapse      The Texas Rangers this season have been one of the better teams in the Major Leagues. The Rangers started off the season with fifty-two wins and thirty-nine losses. They lead their division over the Houston Astros and Seattle Mariners by a couple of games. The Rangers finally made it to the all-star break, and it was a nice break, giving our players some days off and rest.
